At Mercier, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original Mercier packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

Ship Your Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
